Description
A Sunbeam needle threader found in drawer B of the Singer cabinet table from the Rock Rest Tourist Home. The threader has a short piece of fine wire bent into a diamond shaped loop mounted to one end of a tear shaped piece of metal plate that functions as a grip. The metal plate is painted white and has blue text printed on both sides. One side reads [REACH FOR / Sunbeam / BREAD AT ITS BEST] and is printed in text of varying sizes and fonts. Printed in small text on the reverse are the three step instructions with graphics printed in blue. Text at the top and bottom reads [NEEDLE THREADER] and [CAN BE USED ON SEWING MACHINES]. The numbered steps are printed from left to right at the center with corresponding graphics the show how to use the threader. Step 1 text reads [PUSH THREADER / THRU NEEDLE / EYE.]. Step 2 text reads [PASS THREAD / THRU LOOP OF / THREADER]. step 3 reads [WITHDRAW / THREADER]. Text printed along the right edge reads [MADE IN U.S.A.].
