- Description
- A Mission style rocking chair from the Rock Rest Tourist Home. The chair features a broad back, a molded chair seat, and broad, flat armrests constructed with reddish dark brown finished wood. The chair back has three, flat, center slats that attach to the straight top rail. The top rail is attached to the rest of the chair frame with a single, silver tone screw on each side. The chair frame also has slightly rounded ears, squared back posts, and straight, squared legs. The chair has a short, plain apron and a single squared stretcher between the two front chair legs. The two rockers are also flat and plain.
