A wallet-sized black-and-white photographic portrait of Eunice Waymon, later known as Nina Simone, at age 12. The photograph is signed in the lower left corner in black ink: [Love, Eunice]. Waymon wears a dark jacket over a printed blouse and looks straight at the camera.
