Description
A black-and-white photograph of two women sitting outdoors on folding chairs at the National Council National Council of Negro Women Inc. statue unveiling event in Lincoln Park, Washington , D. C. The woman in the center of the image is using a newspaper to shield her eyes from the sun. The photograph is attached to a thick mounting board. The board is stamped and inscribed on the back.
