Description
An undated stereograph of a WW1 scene captioned: "Colored Soldiers who covered themselves with glory in France, returning to US" No. 14338 published by Underwood & Underwood. The image is of a multi-tiered ship deck crowded with soldiers in uniform. Some soldiers stand on ladders going from one level to the other.
