Description
This document certifies that Sister Mary Sims, Associate Matron of Electa Chapter #1 Order of the Eastern Star (P.H.A) Maryland Jurisdiction has attended the School of Instruction for the year 1973 and "qualifies her as candidate for the office of Worthy Matron of the above named Chapter".
