The dress has a V-neck front with a high back neckline, an empire waist, full-length straight sleeves, and a floor-length full skirt gathered around the back and side waist. The bodice and skirt have white silk crepe under the organdy, while the sleeve are sheer and made only from the organdy. Black and white ostrich feathers are sewn around each cuff. A black velvet cord is wrapped around the empire waistline and tied in a bow at the center front. The neckline is trimmed in black floral lace with a scalloped edge. The dress closes at the center back with a zipper and one (1) hook-and-eye.
