Description
A black-and-white photograph of a young boy named Thomas from Chattanooga, Tennessee taken by the Staley Bros. in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Thomas is standing next to a desk with an open book, resting his proper right arm over the book. He is dress in dark clothing, with pants, a vest, and jacket, while looking forward. The photograph is backed with cardboard that has serrated edges. At the bottom margin is printed information on the photography studio [Staley Bros. / Tullahoma, Tenn.]. There is a crease running horizontally through the middle of the photograph. On the back at top, the sitter's name and where he is from [Thomas Brann-[undetermined] / the 7yr old / [undetermined] / Chattanooga / Tenn.].
