- A black-and-white photograph of Leroy Kelley taken by Frank Smith, Jr. in Nashville, Tennessee. Kelley is captured from the chest up, posed slightly to the right. He is wearing a suit with w light color shirt and a dark color tie. There is a pin on the proper left flap of the jacket. The photograph has an oval mat frame and backing. Written in pencil at the bottom right of the front of the mat is [FRANK SMITH / NASHVILLE / JR.]. At the center of the bottom matte is an ink-stamped ribbon and wax-seal. On the back, the sitter's name in pencil [Leroy Kelley].
