A black-and-white photograph of Professor William Henry Singleton taken by Brazelton Photography in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Prof. Singleton is captured from the waist up, fully turned to the left side. He is wearing a dark color coat with a light color shirt and dark color bowtie. The photograph has a rectangular mat frame and backing. At the front bottom right is [Brazelton / CHATTANOOGA, TENN.]. There is water damage at the bottom part of the mat and photograph. On the back, the sitter's name in pencil [Prof. W. H. Singleton].
