Description
A fading deep purple-reddish brown carte-de-visite of Rev. Charles "Charlie" Echols Miller by Judd photography in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Miller is wearing a dark colored three-piece suit with a light color pocket square on his proper left pocket and a chain peaking from an inner right pocket and clipped to the end of the left side of the vest. In his left hands he’s holding a pair of gloves and a pipe with his right hand. Miller is leaning on a waist-tall pillar with his left arm. A hat is placed on top of the pillar. The photograph is on a rectangular mat frame and backing. On the back the sitter’s name is written at the top [Mr. Charles Miller] with the photographer’s botanical studio logo [JUDD / CHATTANOOGA. / TENN.].
