- Description
- A fading deep purple-reddish brown carte-de-visite of a Mr. Trimble by the Lee Gallery in Richmond, Virginia. The bust-length portrait of Mr. Trimble has some pink pigment was added to the lips and cheeks after the photograph was taken. He is wearing a dark color suit jacket with a light color shirt and tie. The photograph is on a rectangular mat frame and backing. On the front bottom margin of the photograph is printed [THE LEE GALLERY / 920 MAIN STREET, / RICHMOND, VA]. On the back at the top is the sitter’s name handwritten in pencil [Mr. Trimble].
