A cabinet card photograph of a woman named Lucy taken by Judd Photography in Sewanee, Tennessee. She is captured standing and wearing a floor-length, long-sleeve dark color dress while holding a fan in front of her with both hands. Lucy is standing to the proper left of a large chair. At the bottom margin is printed text about the photography studio [Judd / SJ / SEWANNE, / TENN.]. On the back, the sitter's name in pencil at top [Lucy [illegible] Patton].
