Description
This black and white photograph shows Coretta Scott King leaving Ebenezer Baptist Church after Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday commemoration in 1969. The photograph is not fully in focus. There is a press reel camera in front of the photographer. King, in a coat with a small pattern and black trim, is off center but her profile is visible. There are crowds in the background that are not identifiable due to the focus. The back of the photograph has a manufacturer's mark, and handwritten and printer's inscriptions.
