Description
This black and white photograph shows unidentified members of the military outside of Ebenezer Baptist Church after the first commemorative event on Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday in 1969. There are four men in uniform, one of whom is obscured by two flags. One is the American flag and the other is partially folded up with the words [RESERVE] and [CORPS] visible. There are unidentified men in civilian clothes in the background. The back of the photograph has a manufacturer's mark, and handwritten and printer's inscriptions.
