The portico is depicted as ruins with a piece of a fallen column in the foreground on the bottom center. Behind the portico, additional monuments and architecture can be seen. Below center to the right of the portico is a white graphic of the Olympic Stadium. At the top in the center is a block of red text and the logo of the 1960 Rome Olympics. The logo features the Olympic rings capped with a statue of the Capitoline Wolf and the date in Roman numerals.
