The photo shows King posing with two heavily decorated guitar cases, one resting on the ground and one slung over King's right shoulder. He wears light colored jeans and a vest decorated with patches and a large dark cowboy hat decorated with guitar shaped pins. Just behind him stands an unidentified man who is turning back toward King and sticking out his tongue.
