Description
A printing plate of Chicago policeman Captain Harry Deas and Washington DC policeman Oliver Cowan used by the Chicago Defender. Deas is featured on the left side of the printing plate. He is dressed in his full uniform and looks down at a paper that Cowan is holding. Cowan is featured on the right of the printing plate and is dressed in a suit and tie. The back of printing plate has an inscription that reads [Capt / Harry B Deas / (illegible)].
