- Description
- A 1975 program for the National Council for Black Studies (NCBS) first annual conference held at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The cover is made of black paper with green writing on it. The cover reads: [Black Studies National Conference / Southeastern, U.S.A / Black Studies Paradox With a Promise / University of North Carolina at Charlotte / Charlotte, N.C. / March 18-21, 1975]. Next to the text there is a large question mark with writing in it reading: [Who Where When How]. The interior consists of green pages with black writing giving program details. The back of the program is green paper with a poem printed on it. The poem is titled: [Lift Every Voice and Sing / James Weldon Johnson].
