Description
A blank printed membership appilcation to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). The application is printed in black ink on both sides of a sheet of white paper. The front has [THE N.A.A.C.P.] across the top and is divided into two sections, "Its Purposes" and "Its Achievements," both with numbered lists. The opposite side is a form for the applicant to fill out their name and address and enclose a check or money order for the membership fee. At the bottom of the application is a list of membership classes, ranging from 50 cents for a "youth membership" to 500 dollars for "Life Members." The form is enclosed in a simple black border with the NAACP logo at the top center.
