Description
A reprinted edition of an editorial titled "Who Is Blocking Federal Aid To School Construction?" written by the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) article and published in the Monday, July 18, 1955 edition of The New York Times. The editorial appears in black printed text on beige newsprint paper. There is a thick black rectangular border around the piece. At the top is the title in large lettering, followed by the article text in two columns. At the bottom is [National Association for the Advancement of Colored People / Roy Wilkins, Executive Secretary] followed by the address for the NAACP's headquarters in New York. There are no marks, inscriptions, or printing on the back.
