- A small, rectangular photo identification tag issued by the Pullman Company to T.R. Joseph. The photograph is a black-and-white portrait of Joseph wearing a blazer and a white shirt with "6225" superimposed on top of the photograph. Printed on the back of the tag is T. R. Joseph’s age (36), height, weight, eye and hair color. Below this information is T. R. Joseph’s signature and "CC-6225." At the bottom of the back of the tag is a line for a Signature of Company Officer with an illegible signature.
