Description
Sepia-toned photograph on archival paper created by the photographer, Gaylord Oscar Herron. The photograph depicts a group of two (2) young African American and six (6) white women and one (1) white man standing in what looks to be a classroom with a chalkboard, open doorway and American flag hanging behind them. Below the photograph is the following annotation: "1/4/3/72 - WORK STUDY GROUP - NORTH TULSA, OKLAHOMA -1972/025". The back of the print contains the artist's signature and date ("1972").
