An albumen print on cabinet card depicting a man operating a manual plow pulled by a single ox. The man is wearing a dark hat, light colored shirt, and pants held up with suspenders. The plow appears to be primarily of wood construction. The ox is harnessed at the front. There is a log cabin immediately behind the man, and trees in the background to the right. The photograph is faded with a yellowish tint and mounted to a piece of board with rounded corners that is green on the front and gray on the back.
