- Description
- A clipping from Ebony Magazine (October 1952) with a color photographic portrait of Billy Eckstine and his wife June Harris. The clipping is autographed by Eckstine in blue ink across the center of the image. The couple is pictured seated outside of a yellow and white house. On the left side of the photo is June Harris in a yellow shirt with an orange skirt on. She is sitting in a blue chair looking directly into the camera as she smiles. To the right of the photo is Billy Eckstine in a yellow shirt with matching yellow pants and brown dress shoes. His right leg is angled on top of the table he is sitting on. He is also looking directly into the camera. On the back of the photo is an article from what may be a magazine. At the top of the article it reads "Message from the State Department."
