- A color photograph of Edwin "Bill" Berry, in short sleeve shirt and tie, at a podium with multiple microphones. The podium is draped with an American flag, of which the field of stars is visible. The podium is partially blocked by a large round sign with a design in red, the symbol to 'end slums'. There are several people in front of the podium; one faces the viewer, wearing sunglasses, the other has his back to the viewer, and is holding a microphone towards the podium.
