- Two poems printed on a white piece of paper in black ink. At the top left corner of the page is the heading Two Poems. The poems appear in two columns. On the left side of the page is the poem titled "Black Rebel" by Robert Keeby. Below the title and author is a quote by Etheridge Knight that reads "I ran across this poem in my stuff as I was unpacking. It was sent to me by a young bro who was in the hole (Indiana State Prison). Thought you might like it." The body of the poem appears below the quote. On the right side of the page is the second poem. It is titled "Poem" and written by a person identified as "Stephany." The two poems were published by Broadside Press as Broadside No. 48. The copyright, broadside number, and publisher information is printed at the bottom of the page. The back side of the page is blank.
