- Description
- Norfolk State University pennant with a green background and yellow trim. The universities Spartan logo is on the left side of the pennant in on the left side of the pennant in white, green and yellow. Within the logo in green text is “NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY / SPARTANS.” Written in yellow text on the right side of the pennant is “NORFOLK STATE / UNIVERSITY.” Along the bottom edge of the lower left corner in white text is “WinCraft Made in the U.S.A.” Attached to the left edge is a black strip of added felt. The reverse is blank. A small holographic sticker with a serial number in black text reading “SMA08868293” is on the back in the upper right corner.
