At the top fourth, is the magazine title [Special Holiday Issue/URBAN/MAGAZINE]. To the right of the magazine title is a black and white illustration of an owl with black text below ["WE PRINT NEWS/NOT HISTORY"]. The owl is contained within a white rectangle.
