Description
Two (2) black, rectangular shoulder boards (ab) with gold borders worn by Army Chaplain Louis J. Beasley. On either side within the gold border is a silver gimp oak leaf. The oak leaves face each other. The gold and silver decorations are made from thread wrapped in coiled metal. The shoulder boards are slightly curved outward, and are lined in black cloth on the underside. In each corner of the underside of the shoulder boards are black metal snaps. Stamped in white on the black cloth is a manufacturer's mark [MYR-GOLD] with a shield below, representing the manufacturer N.S. Meyer & Co.
