Description
Quilt made from rectangular blocks of wool clothing samples in multiple colors of mostly muted tones. There is a concentration of lighter toned fabrics nearer the center of the quilt. The quilt is backed with heavy weight dark blue denim that is turned to the front edges to form the binding. Cotton batting is placed between the top and back, joined together with hand quilting in cream and dark grey thread in an inconsistent mixture of grid and diagonal line patterns. A muslin sleeve for hanging is sewn along one back edge.
