- Pieced quilt made with ninety (90) sixteen-patch blocks separated by sashing. The blocks are made from a variety of printed cottons in various designs including florals and novelty prints. Most of the sashing is made from a pink, blue, green, and cream printed stripe fabric. There is one outer row and one outer column with the sashing made from a white, blue, red, and brown printed stripe. This fabric is used as the binding on all edges. There are no borders. The quilt is backed with a blue and white striped fabric. The top, batting, and back are attached with hand quilting in large stitches using white thread stitched in horizontal rows.
