- A tintype photograph depicting a Buffalo soldier and his wife. A Buffalo Soldier dressed in a dark hat, jacket, and trousers, is seated in a wooden chair and looks directly at the camera. His wife stands beside him with her proper left hand on his shoulder. She wears a long bright dress with puffy sleeves. There are no markings on the reverse of the tintype.
