- Description
- A silver gelatin print depicting a black-and-white image of the tap duo, Chuck Green and James Walker. Both young men are depicted in profile towards the right side of the image, with their faces turned towards the viewer. The young men are depicted as if walking, with their proper right legs held forward, slightly above the ground. Walker, depicted on the left side of the image, is wearing a dark, double breasted jacket, tie, medium toned pants, and a white fedora with a dark band. The brim of his fedora is turned up. Green is depicted on the right side of the image. He is wearing a medium toned, double breasted jacket with dark silk lapels and buttons, a tie, and a bowler hat. Both young men are smiling. The photographer’s mark, printed in the negative in the bottom left corner reads, [STRAND / N.Y]. There are no inscriptions on the front or back of the image.
