Description
A silver gelatin print depicting a black-and-white image of a female performer in costume. The woman is depicted standing against a white wall, smiling, and tilting her head towards the right side of the image. She is standing with her arms akimbo, with the back of her hands resting on her waist, and with her proper right leg bent at the knee and held forward. She is wearing a light colored, satiny dress costume with a deep V neckline, wide collar, and two (2) buttons at the center of the waist. She also has a bouffant up-do and is wearing a small, matching hat sitting slight askew. There is an inscription in blue ink on the right side of the photograph, that reads, [To “Princess” / From / “Jean”]. There are no inscriptions on the back of the photograph.
