- A booklet detailing the proceedings of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Massachusetts from 1914-1915, printed in December of 1916. The book has an off white paper cover with blue print on the front, which is blank on the back. The cover page bears a decorative geometric border and the title and an illustration of a masonic seal in the bottom half which reads [M.W. PRINCE HALL GRAND LODGE F. & A.M. OF MASSACHUSETTS]. The booklet contains two hundred thirty-three (233) numbered pages.
