Description
A commemorative medal for the 100th anniversary of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of New Jersey. The medal is circular and bronze colored with a bar at the top where a purple ribbon has been looped through. The ribbon is also looped through a pinback clasp. The front of the medal is decorated with two concentric circles. The inner circle features raised masonic symbols, including the compass, seeing eye, and columns. The outer circle features raised text reading [PRINCE HALL GRAND LODGE F. & A.M. / STATE OF NEW JERSEY]. The back of the medal is smooth with raised lettering reading [100TH / ANNIVERSARY / 1848-1948 / BURLINGTON, N.J. / JUNE 12TH] and a small manufacturer's mark along the bottom face.
