Description
Black-and-white photograph of young men and women sitting at a long banquet table inside a restaurant. They are all looking towards the camera and are dressed formally with the men wearing suits with boutonnieres and the women wearing dresses and hats. At the back of the room, seated at a table perpendicular to the other, are several older men, also in suits. There is a sign on the wall behind them for Burts Ice Creams. A printed label below the image says “N. A. A. C. P. Youth Council 1940.” A photographer’s mark is in lower right corner of the photograph. It reads “Randle / Tulsa.” There are no inscriptions on the back.
