- Description
- This black-and-white photograph depicts a group of nine men standing on the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial. The men balance in various poses on top of the monument and statuary. One carries a flag and one looks through a pair of binoculars. Others hold on to the statuary, or raise their right fists in the air. One holds up his fingers in a peace sign. All gaze out over the viewer's head.
