Description
This black-and-white photograph depicts a group of men from the Nation of Islam’s (NOI) security force, Fruit of Islam (FOI), standing in a double line. They wear similar bowties and suits, the majority of them with white trimmed lapels. Several wear glasses or sunglasses. They do not look at the viewer but face forward.
