Description
This black-and-white photograph depicts seven men standing in the foreground of a crowd. The man in front, wearing a dark button down shirt, looks away from the viewer to his right. The two men behind him, wearing zip up jackets and sunglasses, face the viewer. One is holding a sign that says "MILLION / MAN / MARCH / N.A.A.C.P. / NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y." Of the four men behind them, one gazes at the camera while the other three direct their attention elsewhere. In the background is a dense crowd, also carrying signs.
