Description
This image depicts a number of rubbers tires lying on their sides in an abandoned lot next to several brick and concrete buildings. The lot is empty except for the tires, some broken boards and a few pieces of trash scattered over the concrete ground. In the background are several rectangular buildings, the nearest one several stories high with a fire escape on the side.
