Digital copy of a 90th birthday celebration program for Juanita Smith Booker, a survivor of the Tulsa Race Massacre. The program is printed in black ink on a single sheet of pink paper, folded once to form four pages. The cover page features a black and white image of Booker and the text [Celebration of Life / In Honor of / Juanita Smith Booker] above the image and the time, date, and location of the celebration below the image.
