- Description
- A costume design drawing by Judy Dearing for the character Robbins in the musical Porgy and Bess. The drawing depicts a man standing with his hands hanging behind his sides. He wears a brown derby hat with a black hatband, brown round-rimmed glasses, a pale blue and green striped dress shirt, a white necktie, and a matching mustard yellow single-breasted vest and trousers. He has on dark brown oxford shoes. The man and his clothing are outlined in graphite with watercolor and unidentified pigment shading. Written in graphite in the lower left facing corner is the text "Robbins / 22". The reverse is blank.
