A small, brown booklet with black text that reads: [CHARTER AND CONSTITUTION / of the / Afro-American Sons / and Daughters / As Amended At / Yazoo City, Miss., Aug. 19. / 1942 / By the Grand Lodge / YAZOO CITY, MISS. / Price, 24c]. At the center of the front cover is the seal, two concentric circles with the text, [AFRO-AMERICAN / SONS AND / DAUGHTERS] prints between the circles and an upside down triangle that has text in white written in each leg of the triangle [FORESIGHT / FAITH / ENDURANCE]. At the center of the triangle is a figure. In addition to the organization’s charter and constitution, the booklet also provides a brief history of the organization, the full list of officers and a list of prices for the articles in the back of the booklet.
