Description
A copy of "The Centaur" newsletter by the Iota Phi Theta Fraternity. The newsletter is printed on dark yellow paper with brown type. The header of the front page reads [The Centaur/Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated/Summer • 83] with a depiction of the Iota Phi Theta logo on the left of the title, in a lighter brown color. Each page's text are oriented in three columns, with images throughout (all black-and-white). Four (4) pages total (one large page folded in half, vertically, creating two pages, that when front and back make four pages of text. Some of the articles include "IOTA EXPANDS TO WEST COAST; GROWTH CONTINUES/Robert Clark Receives Commendations on a Job Well Done!," "THE 1983 ANNUAL/SUMMER CONFERENCE - /MOST SIGNIFICANT TO DATE," and "CONCLAVE '83". The back cover is blank except the top third of the page, that is separated by a black line, has an upside down image of the Iota Phi Theta logo, brown, with [The Centaur/Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated] in black type besides the logo (most likely used as the envelope front when newsletter was folded and mailed). Whole newsletter is folded together, but not stapled.
