Georgia Rivers - Simply an interesting finger of irrigation. Photographed just north of Woodbine, GA. – Description from photographer David Soliday.
Description
A digital aerial photograph depicting remnants of a rice field along the Satilla River. Many of the trees in the image have lost their leaves and look white in the sunlight; others retain their green foliage. The grassland underneath is mostly brown, except along a singular meandering strip of water, along which the grass appears faintly green. Remnant canals can also be seen in the grass, while a section of the nearby Satilla River is visible in the top left corner.
