Description
A digital aerial photograph depicting remnant rice fields along rivers in Georgetown, South Carolina. The Great Pee Dee River can be seen flowing within the image’s lower half. It appears dark blue in contrast to the surrounding fields, which appear bright green in the sunlight. In the top left, two other rivers, Carr Creek and Little Carr Creek, flow into Jericho Creek, which can be seen in the far right. In the bottom right, a shed is visible under a cluster of trees as well as a barge on the water’s edge.
