SC- Georgetown. This is very near the city of Georgetown. The illustration interests me because of the uniformity of how nature eroded this field. –Description from photographer, David Soliday.
Description
A digital aerial photograph of fields along Winyah Bay. Vestigial canals create lines in the greenish-brown grasslands; two of these canals branch into the fields creating tree-like patterns. At the top of the image, Winyah Bay appears sea blue, with ripples and the white effervescence of breaking waves faintly visible. The water in the canals appear dark brown in contrast to the deep blue of the water in the nearby bay.
