Caption
GA – St. Marys River. Simply, a winter's morning scene over rice fields very near the Florida border. Further south, because of hurricanes, there are fewer defined fields. –Description from photographer, David Soliday.
Description
A digital aerial photograph of remnant rice fields along a section of St. Marys River. The river can be seen in the middle of the image, reflecting the sunlight above. Dense forests, fog and low level clouds reduce some of the visibility within the image, however, the Sidney Lanier Bridge is still visible to the far left, rising above the horizon.
